Refund and Return Policy

 

MakerPal is a marketplace for handmade products from independent makers. Each product is made and shipped directly by the maker.

 

Refund eligibility is determined by the maker's stated refund policy. Customers must contact the maker directly for product-related refund requests.

 

If a transaction is refunded, disputed, or charged back:

• All related revenue allocations to makers and creators will be reversed
• - Any amounts already paid out may be offset against future payouts
• - Creator commissions are not protected in the event of a refund or chargeback

MakerPal reserves the right to withhold payouts where a high rate of refunds or disputes is detected on an account.
